Reducing the total steroid doses may help treat nephrotic syndrome relapses in

children with milder and more stable diseases.

Therefore, reducing the prednisolone dosage is a viable option for managingrelapses of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome in children with infrequently

relapsing courses.
